Check-in Information
  • Check-in from 3pm, Check-out out 11am
  • We accept most major credit cards, including AMEX
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room
  • Full payment upon arrival
  • Government Photo ID required on arrival
  • Pre-auth of $200 may be taken on arrival
Pet Policy
  • All our rooms are pet friendly. All we ask if that you clean up after your pet in both our grounds and in the room. If an 'accident' occurs in the room please bring it to our attention so that we can clean it accordingly (within reason).
Damage
  • If any damage is done to the room then your credit card will be charged to repair the damage.
Late Check-in/outs
  • Late Check-in - The Reception closes at 11pm, so please advise us prior to arrival your expected arrival and we will make arrangements.
  • Late Check-out - Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level.
Cancellation Policy
  • Winter Season: Dec 1 to April 30: Cancellation policy is 7 days (instead of 48 hrs)
    For larger Groups, we require a 50% deposit at time of booking, balance is due upon arrival
  • Summer Season: May 1 to Nov 30: 48hrs cancellation policy
    For larger Groups, we require a 50% deposit at time of booking, balance is due upon arrival
